No, this is not click bait. The CDC did have a Zombie Apocalypse Preparedness page on their site, but it was removed sometime last year. I cannot find the exact date for it’s removal, but what I do know is it’s no longer there. I was able to find some of what was on that page. Here’s a sample: “Never Fear – CDC is Ready – If zombies did start roaming the streets, CDC would conduct an investigation much like any other disease outbreak. CDC would provide technical assistance to cities, states, or international partners dealing with a zombie infestation. This assistance might include consultation, lab testing and analysis, patient management and care, tracking of contacts, and infection control (including isolation and quarantine). It’s likely that an investigation of this scenario would seek to accomplish several goals: determine the cause of the illness, the source of the infection/virus/toxin, learn how it is transmitted and how readily it is spread, how to break the cycle of transmission and thus prevent further cases, and how patients can best be treated. Not only would scientists be working to identify the cause and cure of the zombie outbreak, but CDC and other federal agencies would send medical teams and first responders to help those in affected areas (I will be volunteering the young nameless disease detectives for the field work).”
They go on to recommend items to have on hand or to bring with you if you need to run to the nearest refugee camp. “First of all, you should have an emergency kit in your house. This includes things like water, food, and other supplies to get you through the first couple of days before you can locate a zombie-free refugee camp (or in the event of a natural disaster, it will buy you some time until you are able to make your way to an evacuation shelter or utility lines are restored).”
Are they joking? Why would they be spending our tax dollars on such a thing? Notice how they don’t recommend bringing any weapons or guns with you. As if you wouldn’t want a little protection against the half-dead.
Apparently, the French astrologer, Michel De Nostrodomus predicted a zombie apocalypse for 2021. I’m not so sure about this…things are getting pretty damn weird here. People who study horoscopes and astrology seem to think 2021 coincides with this prediction made by Mr. Nostrodomus-“Few young people: half−dead to give a start. Dead through spite, he will cause the others to shine, And in an exalted place some great evils to occur: Sad concepts will come to harm each one, Temporal dignified, the Mass to succeed. Fathers and mothers dead of infinite sorrows, Women in mourning, the pestilent she−monster: The Great One to be no more, all the world to end.”
Well, we’re a couple years beyond 2021, but I suppose you could cobble together enough garbage from the past two years to come within striking distance of an actual zombie apocalypse. I saw more than a few people walking around with gas masks and hazmat type suits. Most people treated me as if I was a zombie because I was unmasked and unafraid to walk closely past them. If you consider the menticide that took place, yeah, you’re getting close. And now, people are literally dropping dead left and right. I guess we’ve bi-passed the half dead stage of the zombies.
Maybe Nostrodomus was just a couple years off and the apocalypse will come in the next year or two. I mean, the guy was from the 1500’s, we can’t expect him to nail the year exactly, can we?
Another Nostrodomus prediction included a plague and economic collapse– “There will be a twin year from which will arise a queen who will come from the east and who will spread a plague in the darkness of night, on a country with 7 hills and will transform the twilight of men into dust, to destroy and ruin the world. It will be the end of the world economy as you know it” This one really hits home. Our economy is fragile and I fear we may not have much more time before a serious collapse is upon us. Our currency, no longer backed by gold, is getting ever weaker as other countries stop using it as a petrodollar. India and Russia, as well as other countries, will start trading in BRICS soon. When enough of those petrodollars come back home, our market will be flooded with them and our currency will lose value.
And a plague? We just endured a fake one, where the reaction did more damage than the actual disease. What might happen with the next plandemic? Do they already have it planned? Gates just made comments about 2025 and some crazy new virus that will be deadly to the children and there is a Marburg outbreak in Africa as I type. Researchers at Boston College just created an omicron variant that killed 80% of the mice in the lab. How about we just stop playing with viruses and live our lives? Well, that would just be using too much common sense.
Speaking of Marburg, there are some that have speculated that the Marburg virus was encapsulated within the nano particles of the vaccines. The theory is that these particles are awaiting a signal that will activate them and make people deadly ill. The planners are even testing out their new toy; a Marburg virus vaccine. Imagine that! To be perfectly honest, I can’t believe that this is true, but we’re living in a strange place in history. I believe 2 plus 2 is 4. Beyond that, I’m not sure what to believe anymore. I don’t know who to trust. Who is controlled opposition? We know they’re out there. My dad always taught me to question everything and pause before trusting anyone until you ‘know their heart’. I trust you! I don’t trust the media, nor do I trust politicians. I don’t even know what alternative journalists to trust. I will say that I have a ton of confidence in Del Bigtree and his team at The Highwire. They ALWAYS back their statements with data and solid references.
