“In the end the Party would announce that two and two made five, and you have to believe it. It was inevitable that they should make that claim sooner or later: the logic of their position demanded it. Not merely the validity of experience, but the very existence of external reality, was tacitly denied by their philosophy. The heresy of heresies was common sense.” These words were taken from George Orwell’s book 1984, which was written in 1949. Orwell also introduces us to “Newspeak”, a parody of basic English with the sole purpose of “narrowing the range of thought”. He also introduced the concept of the “thought police”. Orwell’s novel is a book of fiction, but these concepts are dangerously close to reality in today’s real world.
We’ve come to a dangerous line in the sand- a duel between an authoritarian state and individualism. The United States government is participating indirectly in what it can’t do directly. They’re violating our first amendment rights!
The “Twitter Files” have shown us that there is a large and growing network of government agencies, academic institutions, and non-government organizations that have come together to actively censor American citizens. They aren’t just censoring your opinion on the origin of SARS-CoV2. They’re interfering in our conversations about climate change, the hideous Hunter Biden story, and our opposition to genital mutilation of our youth. This has become the “Censorship Industrial Complex”.
Organizations like the Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, and Graphika all have ties to the Department of Defense, the C.I.A., and other intelligence agencies. They work with multiple U.S. government agencies to institutionalize censorship within dozens of other universities and think tanks.
These organizations and others are also running their own influence operations, often behind the smokescreen of ‘fact-checking’. Dr. Robert Malone was kicked off LinkedIn for disclosing the conflict of interest between Pfizer and the fact-checking organization Reuters. Jim Smith, who is the Chairman of Reuters, is also a board member for Pfizer. This is a blatant conflict. The fact that Malone was censored for disclosing this is the epitome of irony. That’s the circle of censorship. Government monitoring has went from ‘counter-terrorism’, to ‘counter extremism’, to countering simple information. Where do we draw the line? Where will they draw the line?
The Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency, which is a sub-department of the Department of Homeland Security, was originally entrusted with defending the U.S. against cybersecurity threats. This segment of the “Censorship Industrial Complex” has hastily transformed into a government body focused solely on domestic censorship.
These heavy handed agencies went from censoring factual information regarding the Covid plandemic to censoring anything that gets in the way of their agenda. They censor on election integrity, genderism, climate, and anything that will get in the way of their mission to control the world. We’ve entered the 1984 era.
The primary enemies of the state aren’t foreign dictators or terrorists. We are now their target. They are focusing on thought leaders whose ideas and perspectives differ from their own. Our own government is deploying military grade censorship on nearly half the population. We pay their salaries! WE THE PEOPLE need to stand the hell up and fight this.
These dictators have gone another step toward hiding truth. The US government is going to decommission FOIAonline in September of this year. This is the online location where the public was able to search for and explore all the previous Freedom of Information Act documents.
If that isn’t enough to alarm you, consider the fact that the Department of Defense just paid Newsguard $749,387 to censor conservative media. Newsguard is a self proclaimed media “fact-checking” company that rates the reliability of websites. They make their money, or spend our tax dollars, however you’d like to look at it, deciding who is fake news and who is not.
I’ve come to a point in life where I don’t know what to believe. I believe two plus two is four, but beyond that, truth is hard to come by. That’s the premise behind me calling my new show The Truth Expedition. I have no illusion that I will be able to come to any solid and convincing truths, but I hope to be able to provide enough information for viewers to move a step closer to truth. After all, truth is self determined, and having enough reliable information to deliberate, ought to help a person with that determination. I’m looking forward to this adventure into truth seeking.
